  • Table Topics (impromptu speeches, 1-2 minutes each), followed by evaluations

  • Grammarian and Timer’s report

  • Master evaluation

  • Comments from guests

  • Business and Announcements

  • Meeting awards  (best speaker, best evaluator, best table topic, etc.)

The meetings run for approximately 2 1/2 hours, from 7pm to 9:30pm. Please note that the first 15 minutes is an informal session prior to the formal start at 7.15pm. Feel free to arrive at 7.15pm if timing is a constraint.
